Movin’ Weight is a personal training center with emphasis on using weights as a way to improve overall health for all ages and levels of fitness.  Trainers at Movin’ Weight strive to build solid and strong foundations, with core movements, stretching, and a combination of strength building and endurance work.  At Movin’ Weight we lift, we run, we row, we get strong and we love it.
